Hello, 

Ms. Mazzeppa here from the Ace High Gunfighters out of Mesa, Arizona! 

The reason I am writing to you fine folks is to cordially invite each and
every one of you out to celebrate an Innuagural event that is going to
FINALLY happen in our city.

To me this is a very BIG step for our city. Mesa has had budget crisis' the
last few years. A few of us who are interested in the city not losing her
history or the history of Arizona and the Old West characters that you all
portray.

"Mesa Old West Days" is int he initial stages of preparatin and
organization. It will be held October 18th in downtown Mesa Arizona. Initial
plans have the following events planned:

* Gunfight Compeitition
* Ladies Fashion Show 
* A SAnctioned Chili Cookoff
* Vendor Spaces for Rent
* Roping venues for the little ones
* An evening Cotillion 
* Costume Competition
* Old West Authors and thei publications 
* Lectures about the Old West and Mesa History

One behalf of the Old West Days Committee, I would be more than proud if you
would accept this invitation by replying with some expedience. Further info
will be going outin the upcoming months and I would like to address any
questions you might have regarding this event.
