Hello All Reenactment Friends, 

 

A discussion came about recently to have a Southern Ca reenactment
Christmas party as a group . I am sending out the thought and to see whom
may be interested in it.We will  have a meeting to discuss some ideas that
were bounced around. Maybe we could meet at a restaurant or a home was
offered in Lakeside. We are pretty much thinking the location would be in
Campo at a LARGE ranch with many rooms/beds available and camping . Other
than that no other discussions were made so a meeting in the next few weeks
is important . We need to see which groups would want to attend , pick a
date that could work for all.  then work on food , decoration ,
etc.....Please pass information on to your groups to see if they want to be
a part of the Christmas party. As for the meeting lets keep it to two of
your members only. If you cant make the meeting but wish to be apart send
dates, ideas, etc. Send them to me and I will bring your  notes to the
meeting .

 

 I was thinking Tyler's taste of Texas in El Cajon On a Sunday ? Sept 13Th
or Sunday Sept 20Th in Descanso after the Cotillion ?Since some of the
Groups from Riverside Area will be here. 

 

Please get back to me and let me know If your groups is Interested, if you
can make one of these dates for meeting. Etc.
