I would ask that another alternative way to obtain all veteran rewards to be more fair for all players.
option 1: Make a repeatable quest(s) for combat, crafter, and entertainer that will, grant veteran tokens, and have a vendor for veteran items to buy. Just like getting the fortitude tokens.
option 2: Just add veteran rewards to the fortitude vendor.
option 3: I know you guys said that you didn't like the idea of earning vet rewards by every 3 month system, because that was implemented during live as a way to reward paying players. I just think that it still is a great way to reward longevity for players sticking with this server. Maybe make it that a person has to be logged in playing a certain amount of days during each 3 month cycle, to be able to qualify for the reward??

Justification for:
option 1 : new content, and a way for all players be able to obtain vet rewards
option 2 and 3: keep the server active and doing more active playing

option 1: would be new quest content and reward system.
option 2: motivates players to do more crafting, and combat content
option 3: Keep players playing long term.
I have been playing since July 2nd, and I have only looted one rare loot chest. Since the new restrictions were placed thanks to the exploiters, I have been trying to loot them with new restrictions and still have not been successful. I have mentioned this a few times in discord and shocked to learn a lot of other players said the same thing. I wouldn't care honestly, if it weren't for the fact it's the only way to get veteran rewards in this game. I do like a challenge, I really do, but it seems unattainable for me. I have opportune chance in my clothing which should help as well. Crafters will never be able to get any veteran rewards unless they buy them.
