Open Artisan Make The Mustafarian Panning Droid craftable only by DE

Proposal

I propose the Mustafarian Panning Droid be moved to DE and be given some general Purpose module slots and requiring level 4 surveying. This would make it the only droid mount so far in the game.

Justification

While this would be a loss for Artisans in giving the schematic to DE the utility of having a "work truck" with a few extras would be a more than even trade.

Motivation

This would be a useful tool for surveyors. Modules such as sampling bonuses and storage would be handy for storing harvesters etc.

The Mustafarian Panning Droid (which is currently just a speeder) could be so much more.

the mustafarian panning droid is already a DE schematic and it doesn't see much use right now as its main purpose is a lava safe speeder but mustafar isnt out
