Adding Invisible Appearance Shoes to the game.

This is an odd hole in the Invisible Appearance items that always puzzled me after I found out about it. Adding it would allow players the option of being barefoot if they wished to be without losing out on the SEAs of the boot slot offers, something that would enhance RP possibilities in my opinion.

I admittedly ran into the above RP problem when I was trying to find a way to keep Evelyn barefoot and also keep her stats intact. I asked around and there seemed to be some demand for the idea, and had not seen a PV made on the idea within the last year and change. So, I chose to come forward with it myself to see what people at large thought.
