Allow sale of jedi contraband on the ranch bazaar

This idea/suggestion has been flagged as Not Implemented because of a lack of popularity, lack of interest, lack of feasibility, or other determination by the Development Team, so the suggestion will not be implemented. Proposal
I propose the ranch bazaar be allowed to list jedi contraband so jedi can trade these items between themselves easier.
Justification
Its a jedi only area and its isolated and hidden enough for the sale of jedi items to make sense and be useful.
Motivation
To make the trading of jedi items easier, and to give more usefulness to the rarely used ranch bazaar.
The ranch a jedi exclusive area, has a bazaar but jedi contraband currently isnt allowed to be traded on it, which doesnt really make sense.

I propose the ranch bazaar be allowed to list jedi contraband so jedi can trade these items between themselves easier.
