Allow the Object Creator to Rename their Items and Deeds

Allow the object creator to rename thir items and deeds
Justification
If there is a typo, or a stat change, it would be conventient to be able to rename accordingly
Motivation
Having an incorrectly named item or deed can be misleading, confusing to other players, or you just have to delete it.
Object Creator only, in order to avoid any shennanigans.

We've asked for this before but maybe not in a PV. I suggested it work on crates as well since that's even worse than misnaming a single item. Upvoted.
 
I've noticed as a furinture crafter and decorator, that when I'm in the business of set-dressing I might want to change the name of an object to either clear some of the visual clutter or theme it into a specific joke or mood
