Proposal
As above I feel that increasing it too 50% isn't OP considering the buff only grants 10 stacks.
Justification
It would have no negative impact on the game, it would do the opposite.
Motivation
I feel that standing in a cantina for 15+ mins waiting for a buff is a bit over the top. I am open to good feedback and opinions :)
I strongly feel the captivating buff from Master Dancer should be increased from 15% chance of a buff to 50% or somehow guarantee that you gain at least 1 stack per minutes. The RnG is awful.

I do agree that the chance could be upped a bit, and I would also suggest for both Entertainer sets. There was a time it took 7 mins to get one tick of the jewelry buff. That time, a person was trying to refresh both the Luck and Pursuasion buffs, and because of how long it took for one to refresh, they lost the other and had to wait for that one to build back up. Keeping in mind, they came in with 10 mins left.
