CL scaled rewards for crafters

Proposal
Improve Artisan Mission Terminals (survey missions) by removing the CL tiering and applying the IJM bonus.
Justification
It makes no sense to me that missions for **artisans **have a (low) CL gating that makes a 100% payout difference.
The workaround is to just group with your combat alt and then disband before handing in the mission, but why should a crafter have to jump through that hoop?

Also, the IJM 15% payout bonus should apply to all mission terminals, should it not?
When opening the Artisan Mission Terminal in an IJM city it states explicitly on screen that payouts are increased by 15%, but when I tested that there was no additional payout bonus, just the straight payout that was shown on the mission terminal and in the quest journal (which does not include the IJM 15% bonus in its calculation).
Motivation
I used to have temporary CL 14 on my crafter (MArt, MDE, MArch) for a quest I wanted to run and did Artisan missions for 67-70% spawn surveys daily for 8400-9000 cr payouts per pop.
After I dropped the CL 14 to go full crafter and I only get survey mission offers up to 4500 credits for the same 70% spawns.
Remove CBL scaled rewards from crafter missions and implement the 15% bonus for the Improved Job Market
 
All I can say is that I have a CL54 Master Artisan and I get the 9k payouts from being master artisan. When i dropped master artisan to test this, my payouts went to 4500 (which is in line with my CL1 crafter). SO i have not been able to replicate this.

I upvoted for the fix to IJM though
 
I usually do delivery missions are better for me but yeah def. shouldn't be any combat bonus for crafter missions. I'm lvl 1 because no combat skillz....
