Proposal
Adjust the jubilee wheel limit for other jubilee wheels so that they can match or even exceed the 100k bet limit in sanctum.
Have the limit fit the lore surrounding the location.
(i.e. Lucky Despot having a higher bet limit than a random hotel)
Justification
Changing the limits elsewhere would open up more spots for social gatherings surrounding gambling.
Areas which are supposed to revolve around such activity lorewise (i.e. Lucky Despot) would receive substantially more player traffic.
This could bring life into many of the under-visited places in the galaxy
Motivation
Currently, the only jubilee wheels that see extended use are the ones inside sanctum due to the higher bet limit.
This feels insufficient, as there are many other potential hotspots for such unsavory behavior in lore.
Given that many locations in Star Wars are seen as wretched hives of scum and villainy, it seems inadequate that the Jensaarai sanctum is the only place where serious gamblers gather.
This is because of the 100k limit per bet at the jubilee wheels there, most others have a max of 10k per bet, with no other coming close to the experience sanctum can offer.
I would like to see the bet limits of jubilee wheels dynamically adjusted based on the lore of the location, so that gambling event and gatherings can arise in a variety of different locations.

Wherever the winds blow, across the seas and beyond borders: we gamblers will all place our bets and share Foldy Flaps' fate.
We will all end up with overdrawn bank accounts, hand in hand.

I say yes.

I love it. I'd even love other games - we have dice in game, we could roll a chance cube, ten sided, etc. I don't exactly know how craps works, but it's just dice and a bet so someone could do it manually. Or, slots. Yes, you'll probably lose money at the casino, but maybe this time you win.

Play responsibly.

I actually think the opposite approach is bis.

The higher bet limit gives Sanctum a unique identity. Not every location needs to offer the exact same gameplay experience just because it fits the lore. If every "criminal" or gambling-themed location gets a 100k wheel, then Sanctum loses one of the few things that genuinely distinguishes it.

The argument that raising limits elsewhere would spread players out also cuts both ways. Right now, if you want high-stakes gambling, everyone knows where to go. That naturally creates a social hub. Splitting those players across five or six different locations doesn't necessarily create five active gambling spots—it may just leave each one feeling half-empty.

Lore is important, but gameplay should come first. Sometimes having a single destination for an activity is healthier for the server than trying to make every lore-appropriate location equally viable. We already have plenty of underused areas, and simply increasing a bet cap isn't likely to change that in any meaningful or lasting way.

If the goal is to make places like Lucky Despot more popular, I'd rather see them get unique mechanics, exclusive games, tournaments, or rewards that actually give players a reason to go there instead of just copying Sanctum's bet limit.

Also, with Nar Shaddaa eventually coming, that feels like the perfect place to introduce the highest-stakes gambling in the game. It's arguably the iconic gambling and underworld location in Star Wars, so I'd rather see the biggest bet limits reserved for somewhere like that than spread across multiple existing locations.

I think preserving unique reasons to travel is better than flattening everything into "the same wheel with a different backdrop."

What about a sliding scale bet limit? Certain locations start high and as the house loses the limit lowers. That limit would decay over time bringing it back up.

Increasing only one location would create the same issue as we have now. Making multiple locations with higher limits that progressively go down would create a site rotation, like a bar crawl, across the galaxy
