    Buffs that have been stripped by Destabilize will no longer return when a player is Incapacitated, but instead will return after they are recapacitated (or die). This addresses an odd interaction with buffs returning that also increased your health, instantly ending incapacitation.

    Watchtowers now have a single terminal with a Cipher puzzle minigame. Once captured, that faction can encode a three-vector code that will encrypt traffic to the factional bases. In order to capture the terminal and receive quests to discover bases, the enemy faction must defeat some high level NPCs and decipher the encryption by matching the previous code.

    Intel and Counterintel no longer "cap" at 1000 points per planet. Instead, as the Intel and Counterintel increases for a planet, you will see the current status of how each planet is being affected by those Intel levels and how likely a planet is to be considered for Crackdown from the Empire. As before, planets with a high Intel score from the Empire will be considered for Crackdown; planets with a high CounterIntel score will also be considered, but as *decoy targets* for the Empire. Imperial agents should do their best to focus their Intel reports on planets that they wish to target, and Rebel agents should focus their reports on planets that the Rebellion is **not** trying to claim.     Flashpoints are now scheduled to begin at the top of the hour every hour, and last for 25 minutes. Players may request transport there up to five minutes early.     The following adjustments have been made to score contributions:

    • Faction Bases now contribute twice as many points at each tier.
    • PvP Space Duty Missions now grant 20 points per wave and 200 on completion (from 10, 50).
    • PvE Space Duty Missions now grant 10 points per wave and 50 on completion (from 5, 20).
    • Building an Invasion now grants 400 points base (from 250).
    • Participating in an invasion now grants 500 points base (from 250).
    • Generating Supplies now grants 150 points per crate (from 2000).
    • Delivering Supplies now grants 15 points base (from 50).
    • The weekly soft cap for activities affected by it has been reduced to 175,000 (from 250,000).
