Allow a capped effectiveness line to go from 1 track to 2 tracks
Justification
Create more value from experimentation
Motivation
expands droid capabilities and functionalities
It would be nice if 100% experiemtnation on a playback module could be two tracks instead of one.

I would open up more possibilities with droid configurations and would be a nice addition for DE's to strive for without imbalancing any mechanics.

Note: This isnt a force sensitive category but for some reason it was the only one i could select.
