Proposal
Due to the recent Shatterpoint changes and the Current Time-line of all the GCW Events
Space Battles feel like they Congest the Cycle a bit (For Folks who enjoy both Ground & Space)
My proposal is Would it not be more Favorable to Tighten the Window and change Space Battle Start @ the Half hour mark instead of on the hour, AND to change the Overall space battle to be 30 Minutes long instead of 1 total Hour
Justification

The reason for this Change is that it would Make Space Battles more manageable to hit, and prepare for Right after the Flashpoints end at the :25 minute mark, Its a fairly Empty time slot for the last half hour
And tightening the Space Battle to overall 30 Minutes means it will be over before the next flashpoint ends, The invlunerability Window would start at the :45 minute mark, 15 minutes after the Space battle starts at :30 Mark
Motivation

As it stands currently, Space battles are an hour long, but are over usually Moments after Both Corvettes go vulnerable @ 30 minutes... The general feel for this as it is now means that PvP or fighting over the Area is almost non-existant until the half hour mark, and its over within minutes after the vulnerability window ends.
So My changes would ideally make the moment to moment fighting faster paced, more organized, and in a tighter window so it doesn't feel like time is being wasted due to the hour long Battles we currently have Overlapping all the other ground content

and ultimately these changes seem Fairly Simple and Easy to do, so hopefully isn't too demanding of Dev time to adjust.
Hopefully many other spacers can agree on this
 
I really like this idea. Might be worth letting the battle last for a full hour still, just to keep that time there should good pvp break out, but making it start at the 30 minute mark, and go vulnerable at the 45 minute mark is an amazing change. A lot of people have been doing both flashpoints and space battles and this change would go a long way to allowing them to do both.
 
Love that. Dont see why we wouldn't look to implement it. Would be good to map out all activities and see how they align, so we can consider if other changes need to be made alongside this.
 
Not sure on this one.

There's lots just do space.

Hey if they can clear the frigate and have it ready to blow by the time others get out of flash points good for them.

But it would promote some actual PVP at them rather than arriving post flash point just as the bridge is being blown.

So a bit torn.
 
I feel there are too many Flashpoints and space battles and would rather see them alternate every other hour
