QoL: Food Icons

QoL: Food Icons
This idea/suggestion is Open. You can respond to ask questions or discuss the idea and either vote it up or down if you believe it should or should not be implemented, respectively. Popular suggestions and ideas will be considered by the development team to become reality in-game.
Proposal
Replace the generic food buff icons with the icons of the food that was consumed.
Justification
Currently, consuming multiple food/drinks show the same icon, making the player hover over the icon to see which food is active and how long is left.
Motivation
Simple QoL fix to easily tell which foods/drinks are active and near running out.

Something like this, I'd want to know how hard it would be to do, how much dev time? If it's going to take a dev days, weeks, then no don't do it, do something that will have a greater impact on the game instead. If it's pretty simple to do, then yeah, I'll upvote it.

tbd on how many there were we needed to do but it’s not really hard to do in general but if we were doing like 100 buffs that might make us a bit more hesitant

I disagree with savacc, I think it is something well worth the time. This change isnt for the vets or the pvpers who know durations and shitty icons now, this is for entry and ease into the game. The game is confusing and difficult enough, QoL like this makes entry easier and doesnt make people think this game is a hot 20 year old mess and why bother continuing.

If the icons are a big time consumption, could someone in the community create them if you gave an example or details of requirement.

I had made this suggestion during my Senate term to get some different icons for the more popular foods so you can easily see which ones were dropping/missing and one of the developers I was working with was receptive to the idea. Upvote.
