Proposal
Remove the Quest Requirement "Queen's Aid" and "Doing Your Duty" from the ARC-170 and Eta-2.
And allow the required Pilot levels being enough for the two.
Justification
1. If the said Ship Deeds can already be traded between players or sold at the Bazaar, they should be accessable to fly with already, if the player got required Pilot level.
2. Rebel/Freelancer Player may have personal reasons like dedicated RP or GCW, not wanting to switch factions into the Empire simply to gain flight permission for Eta-2
3. Player may be mainly playing as nonfighting profession such as the Entertainer or Artisan, unable to do the quest due to the fighting parts
4. Player may simply not feel like wanting to run the mission to fly the said ships they paid for from the Bazaar.
5. If we're Ace Pilots, we should already be able to fly the ships we paid for without doing the missions.
Motivation
I doupt anyone will lose if this change happens, considering that the players can already sell or pass away the said ship deeds to someone who might want to fly, let them.
Or if I want to pass the ship from my future Imp alt to the Rebel main.
People can still do the imperial mission if they want the ship for free, but allow those who buy it fly without the need to complete it.
I did the Queen mission that rewarded me ARC, but would like to get hands on Eta too in the future without being forced switch my Rebel main into the Empire, considering the ship is NEUTRAL.
And I'm sure there is others who share the feelings.
As someone who love the space gameplay within the SWG beside roleplay, I like the design of Clone Wars era ships.
I've unlocked the ARC-170, seeking to expand my collection with the V-Wing and Eta-2 Actis Interceptor, which I'm keeping an eye for from Bazaar, as I missed the last one.
Sadly I found out that Eta-2 can only be flied with, if you have completed exclusive mission from the Empire, which is bit impossible for those choosing to play a Rebel or Freelancer, not wanting to switch factions, be their reasons being RP, PvP, etc. or reset their Pilot skills and level all over again, just to access this single mission to unlock flight permission for the NEUTRAL ship.
Not to mention those who purely play nonfighting profession like Entertainer or Artisan, unable to clear the missions for both ARC and Eta.

The belbulab is a clone of the jsf if you want to fly the ship for graphics only I feel like you should do the quest or buy a belbulab it’s a great quest, the reason it’s now no trade shared instead of some of the ones that are able to be sold from the previous fix to this ship to stop people from thinking they could just buy it and fly it. The ones that can be bought are great as it gives some people an option to display one in their hanger while still having another available to fly. For this reason downvote.

If the player has enough credits to spend at Bazaar or get one from another player, wanting to fly ETA without being forced to switch factions to do so, thus resetting their pilot levels and GCW progress, nor wanting to fly Belbulab, I dont see how others lose from it, if it was received as reward or bought.

The JSF is shared. I'm not sure but I think you can do quest on alt and pass ship back. Not sure if you'll be able to fly it though. Working on that myself.

Some items are tied to faction and that is the whole point of it.
It is no different than Ghost Armor , sure i can buy it but if i want to wear it i need to switch to the Imperial faction and that ain't happening
Downvote !

Yet the ship itself is classified as NEUTRAL, so anyone can fly it.. Its just locked behind mission that only Imps can access it.
Otherwise we could as well just lock Belbelub and YT-2400 by that logic, that people need to play their quests that drop them in order to use them,.
I merely suggest allowing people to fly it, if their Pilot level is high enough. Be it buying it from the bazaar or passing from the alt who has played the mission.

It would be nice if its enough to play it as Imp alt and pass to main Rebel, without being forced to switch faction for the sake of single neutral ship that any faction can fly.

And to add, if the people are so keen to keep the mission requirements, we should bound them to characters then without allowing to trade or sell at bazaar, as I can imagine the unaware new players might get disapointed to waste credits only to find out that they cant fly them.

a simple "Imperial faction required to fly" added to the deed would suffice

Why the ship that is classified as NEUTRAL should be restricted to the Imperial Faction only?
That would then lock it away from those who have gotten the ship from the past and later switched factions. Unsure if you're just trolling.
My suggestion is simply about removing the need to clear the missions so people can fly them, if they already got the required Pilot levels, no matter how they got the deed.

it was more of a way to label ship deeds to whatever faction is needed to fly them, since you seem so concerned with new players potentially buying ships they can't fly

The fix has already been put in newly obtained ships are no trade shared there are only a handful of pre nerf trade able ones floating about as the fix was not retroactive.
