SPACE - Imperial’s Emergency Weapons should be tweaked

Proposal
Suggestion: in Freelancer Training 3, there is a command Energy Pulse, that does not target PVP players. This rule should be applied to Emergency Weapons, but for capital ships.
Justification
A PVE space battles, which became active at 10:30PM EST, was won by the imperials at 10:32PM EST. That is not a fair system.
Motivation
To get more engagement in PVE space battles, and have them be something that is possible for Rebels to have a chance in.
PVE space battles against a single imperial pilot with Emergency Weapons in their toolbar are essentially unwinnable. Emergency Weapons is far too overpowered, and gives imperials a huge advantage against capital ships, whose components can all be targeted from a single point under the ship. Tweaking this skill, recieved in T2 of training, will help even the playing field. To be clear, imperial Pilots are the only ones with a skill that increases their damage output, and since we are all putting roughly the same equipment in our ships, this gives Imperials a massive advantage in that regard that other pilots do not posses.

This isn't as much a problem in PvP Battles because you can just kill the player before they have a chance to do much
But in PvE its basically a waste of time to contest the Space Battle as even 4+ rebels cannot outpace a limitless Capacitor that Eweps provides

Too further add onto this, sometime ago (a year or more) the decision was made to Disable IFF from working against the Frigates, Not sure why IFF was singled out but overlook something as egregious as Emergency Weapons... Perhaps the simplest solution is to not allow Any of the "Extra" factional abilites during space battles


Not that IFF even provides as much of an advantage as Eweps does, but the point stands, if 1 has to be removed from use, make them all removed from use
 
+1 to this. The last week has clearly shown how crazy strong that ability is with imperials winning the pve spacebattles over an over while outnumbered 3-4 to 1
