You can start and complete this collection by completing the The Hunting Party quest, which is part of the Spiderclan Queen Mother storyline which is started by Spell Weaver Leandra for the Nightsisters or by Arch Witch Azzenaj for the Singing Mountain Clan.
You will most likely need a group to complete this quest, as it is group content.
