Open Artisan Social Add additional hairstyles and faces to the game.

Lets be frank, appearance is subjective. I want to do what SWTOR did and add some new faces to the races, especially to show off more ethnicities besides what we all know. There are also several hairstyles in the game that I frankly think should be deleted, but that is my opinion.

Starwars is a game with thousands of cultures, planets, and species; to the point where anything from Cyberpunk to Lord of the Rings hairstyles (my opinion, which can be disregarded) work.

Frankly, I love the old comics, especially legends art which has a lot of things that you wouldn't expect.

For example this character, I bet you didn't know starwars had elves? They do. It's interesting just how much can be done.

There are so many just... honestly bad designs. I could go on and on and on but frankly I feel people get the point.
Motivation
None to be had here. I have no motivation because it's hard to argue around a subject that is so subjective to a person. Honestly, it's really sad because someone could think something is fine when other's don't when it's literally based on your feelings and everyone has different feelings.

Yeah, you may think X or Y is bad, but 100 other people might disagree, or it could be the opposite, that is why it's just hard if not impossible to argue as it's completely subjective. Frankly since it's star wars almost any appearance can technically be possible as long as it looks semi-realistic. Which, well since SWG in my opinion looks cartoony and I always see it more like SWTOR there is a lot that can be done with it.
I want to make additional faces and hairstyles for mostly humanoids, but also some aliens.

I agree! Character editor can benefit from more quality customization options.
Some species like Zabraks and Humans could use more haircuts and facial hair options.
Having a slider or ethnicity section will eliminate the issue of most humans looking pretty much the same.
Sullustans have some questionable haircuts, which look ridiculous in my opinion. I'd give them haircuts that humans have.

Just a few personal ideas from myself.

I wouldn't remove already existing options though, some players may like what is already in the game.

A few of your submissions look pretty good (again imo), im sure you could do more quality work (example below)!

I 100% support the idea of adding more character customization in terms of face/hair/horns/frills/etc. - everything about making a character look the way the player wants. As Maximilian has mentioned (and even posted a similar Player Voice: https://swgr.org/post/image-designer-options.85/), more options would be great.

I do not advocate removing any options, no matter how hideous I may personally find them. (I'm looking at you, male-with-bad-combover hairstyle.) I'm not going to yuck someone else's yum (as long as it's involving consenting adults).
