Allow Deuterium Toss (Combat Medic skill) DoT to be usable on droids

Proposal
Allow just Deuterium Toss to be used on droids as fire is accepted DoT/damage type on droids
Justification
A bit more flexible use with combat medic skills
Motivation
A bit more flexible use with combat medic skills that makes "lore" sense. Fire can be used on droids otherwise
Master Combat Medic skills cannot be used on anything other than animals and humanoids.
