Allow the use of roof space on certain housing

housing that has an outdoor area - for example Guild Halls, Large Tat house, etc - could be updated so that we could place deco and other items in the same way as the open roof section of a Large Windowed House style 2 can

It would be great if housing that has an outdoor area - for example Guild Halls, Large Tat house, etc - could be updated so that we could place deco and other items in the same way as the open roof section of a Large Windowed House style 2 can

I think the issue is that when you go on the roof you are leaving the portalized object that is the house and reentering the game world. That's why it is possible to place city decorations on the roofs.

Correct.
The existing structures would need to be reworked so the roof was part of the inside.
Our new Maya tools should technically allow this but we’ve got some work and training to do before we can start reconfiguring old structures with ease.

This would be fun to see when we are a little further along. It’s something I’ve been interested in.
