Proposal
Create a 1 lot generic house.
Justification
Outside of the Naboo version, all other 1 lot houses are "special" - NS hut, merchant tent, chronicle tent. With the removal of requirements, the merchant tent is a passable option for a 1 lot structure but it offers virtually no physical space compared to the Naboo small house for decoration.
Motivation
Bring parity to housing on non-Naboo planets for a 1 lot option.
Create a 1 lot generic house.
