Proposal
Add a decoration item, a Guest Book (or terminal), that allows players to leave comments (maybe up to 200 characters?) about the house decor.
Justification
It would go a long way to foster community and make home decorators feel good about their work.
Motivation
I appreciate a nicely decorated home.
It would be a nice way to build community further.

Great idea! I would use it just to say I've been there either as a customer or just looking around at how people decorate their houses. Also would be nice if anyone could see the guest list/comments, not just the lot owner. Upvoted!

I would worry about toxic comments though. Maybe an option for the lot admin to delete a given comment.
 
I love this idea! Not only for well-decorated homes, but also for leaving thank you's and positive comments for those who create travel centers, crafters who are well-stocked, and ... yes, love notes from bounty hunters. :LOL: I can imagine those books would fill up around the Festival of Love!
 
I support a guest book. I would like to input maybe have a selection radial instead of text.
radial: =decor 1-5 rate, =stock 1-5 rate,= thank you for inspiration, uniqueness, stock, prices, travelhub, utility
 
I like the guest book idea. Especially the ability to leave a comment or suggestion. This would be very helpful to crafters. Also the comment on decor is nice also.
