Incentivize spin groups on other planets

Proposal
Maybe pick a random IJM (or planet) every week and buff rewards ($ and xp?) by 10%.
Justification
All of the other planets feel dead when it comes to missions/groups.
Motivation
There's a lot of game, but it feels like a lot of tatooine.
It'd be nice if there was a reason for folks to sync up somewhere else for a spin group.
I'd like to start visiting other planets for spin groups.

The main reasons ToX is 'the hub' is:
- the terrain is relatively flat and open
- ease of access (it's on Tat and only 2000m from Bestine)
- all the trainers are there

This isn't a Dev issue as stated above. There used to be spins out of Corellia and Dant, but they all seemed to stop and everyone goes to ToX.
I don't think the devs should step in and incentivize other areas. That's up to the mayors of other IJMs.
 
It was corellia spin island only for years. People go where the people are.

Riot tried spin Sunday on dant for a long time and just no interest.

Going somewhere and knowing you can group easy is gold.
