Proposal
Change DOOM procs from Blackbar's DOOM jewelry set to utilize player crafted enhancers.
Justification
DOOM procs from the Blackbar's DOOM jewelry set apply the default debuffs for Traumatize and Thyroid Rupture making them subpar compared to the individual debuff applications.
Motivation
Maximize the potential of Blackbar's DOOM jewelry set in PVE/PVP combat and respect the time spent/economic viability of Bio-Engineers that specialize in medical enhancer crafting.

Absolutely agree, the entire point of the set is to remove the time and mind tax by instantly applying the debuffs. I struggle to contend with the fact the DOOM procs are literally worse than my individual throws.
