Restructure the GCW recruiter menu to make both the Commissioned and Non-Commissioned officer purchasable items feel like less of a dumping ground. In addition remove any defunct items and add consistency around some of the schematic purchases so they all match up.
Justification
A categorised menu to help players to better navigate through available faction items.
Motivation
Adding some order to the chaos. :)
