Add a banking terminal to Mensix Mining Facility (Mustafar)

Having no bank terminal on a planet where all our current end game content is no bueno.

Having a banking terminal at Mensix will allow groups to better organize when bringing Doc alts. I can't tell you the number of times I've had to go back to Corellia to deposit credits to use thyferran droids or spend credits at the Raktaki guy or pickup a crate of some consumable I left in safety deposit box. Just adds unnecessary time constraints to group formation, especially if having to wait for shuttle timers.
