Add damage to non mustafar lava

Proposal
Make lava on planets other than mustafar e.g on lok in the volcano damage you for walking over it, the same/similar way it does on mustafar, also add the ability to fly over it unharmed in lava proof vehicles.
Justification
Its unrealistic to be able to just walk on it and would make the game environment more interesting.
Motivation
See above, its unrealistic.
