Open Other Add in missing cybernetic items (torso, legs, etc.)

Proposal
I propose adding all of the cybernetic items that are not currently in R3 such as the torso's and legs. I think all of the arms are in the game but I am not sure.
I noticed the cybernetic torsos and legs are not included in R3.

I would very much like to see the torso and legs. The blue frogs on TC give legs but I have yet to see the torso NOT on an NPC.
