I like the idea of having the Lambda Class Shuttle available, to be honest I wish it had been introduced as the Imperial POB ship instead of the never seen before SWG Decimator. Its iconic and cool looking and based in the movies and lore of the period of Star Wars. I would approve.
Whilst it would be good to have some new player ships in the game the Lambada like this is a big no no. Legends really screwed the pooch when they added it making it a farming monster with the mass and handling stats they gave it. So its a firm no unless its made into something reasonable. i.e a shuttle not a fighter.. something like a .70 speed mood with very poor YPR settings and 400k mass if that would work
That's what I thought the outcome would be. That outcome is the exact reason I thought it would make a decent POB ship like the yacht. Make it more of a 'status' or guild ship rather than anything functional.
I wonder if it could be a Eve Online-style "logi" ship. It is the space equivalent of a buff/debuffing ship for factional warfare.
Yeah, we wouldn't have to implement it like Legends, but it is a model already in game.
