Add Novatrooper Armor (dying stormtrooper armor black)

Add Stormtrooper Black Dye Kits upon hitting the rank of Captain that are purchasable by GCW tokens.

Novatroopers were a special type of stormtrooper clad in black armor, attainable upon the rank of Captain (https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Novatrooper). They are already in SWG as NPCs. Hence, to promote Star Wars lore and to promote diversity in faction uniform, the black version should be added by dying the standard stormtrooper armor black with the kit. Some may argue this is unnecessary because of the spec force armor already in the game. However, many players may not want that armor due to the shoulder pad.

To further implement Star Wars lore and variety of faction armor.
