I propose that the Right Wrist restriction from the Bracelet of Inspired Status be removed to allow Entertainers to use the bracelet on both wrists.
- Justification

At this time Entertainers cannot benefit from SEAs but we can benefit from the increased buff tick timer granted by the Bracelet of Inspired Status.
- Motivation

Add diversity to the Entertainer's performance by decreasing the time taken to give buffs.
At this point in time, an Entertainer can only use the inspiration buff bracelet on the right wrist. I'd like to propose that the bracelets be useable on both right and left wrists to allow buffs to tick a few seconds faster. This would be a simple way to counter a lack of working SEAs for entertainers and allow for greater variety in the demand for various buffers.
Taking off the right wrist restriction from the bracelet would allow us entertainers to utilize both in order to give a buff 2 seconds faster per tick vs. the typical 1.
