Not Implemented Allow handsampling macros to operate without being dumped

This idea/suggestion has been flagged as Not Implemented because of a lack of popularity, lack of interest, lack of feasibility, or other determination by the Development Team, so the suggestion will not be implemented. Once a suggestion has been flagged this way, the decision is final. Although the issue may be raised again in the future after a six month cooldown. Justification
Its hand sampling!!! no justification needed.... Do the right thing and make resto great again.
Motivation
To put new players on the same field as all of us who started from launch.
Proposal
It's silly that people who are new to crafting all have to be at the keyboard. It puts the new crafters at huge disadvantage as we all had macros to start out and spend the first week hand sampling afking using macros. Macros were designed by SOE to be used and automate some features as not everyone has crazy amounts of time everyday to play actively. So my proposal is to remove the dump on hand sampling to allow for new crafters to easily catch up to others and to also make DE very useful once hand sampling droids are a thing come sept 3rd. Do the right thing here and make resto great again. Stop listening to the 10% of your player base and put your ear to the ground.
I would like to propose that all hand sampling macros be taken off the dump macro list.

Non-crafter here. After a few questions to the community, I support this.

1. There aren't many (or any) additional rewards to hand sampling outside of the resources themselves.
2. Hand sampling apparently has a BER of 25-30, equivalent to 2 harvesters. Doesn't seem very game-breaking to me.

Apologies, one more thing. There is limited real estate for server-best resources, so it seems only fair to let noobs gather them in one way or another.

Hand sampling give EXP in the Artisan tree I believe. A personal miner can be procured for as little as 2k and give the resource without giving AFK EXP.

Its survey XP man. It does not benefit the crafter all that much. If getting XP for a single tree that only affects the amount of resources you get per sample/ area you can survey then change the type of XP required for surveying to General crafting XP.

Realistically...if that is the 'issue', which is so ridiculously minimal, it's crazy someone would even mention it, disable XP after being afk or something, haha. I agree - it screws over new toons and screws over getting resources on crappy planets like Kash.

funny cuz getting rid of surveying exp and making it general crafting and having hand sampling give only resources sounds like another overall improvement

why should fishing be allowed. On live there where leaderboards with perks such as the guild who had the best fishing score would have instant travel points etc? Also bear this in mind. Many players wanted AFK sorted out and it was applied across the board fairly.

Combat AFK yes!!!! Not hand sampling. As far as fishing goes i did not purpose it here. I do think it should be allowed as well though as its a stupid system and needs to be reworked, especially if you need it for recipes. Fishing leader boards would be great to have back too btw. Id say 10% of players wanted hand sampling on a dump and the rest was like WTF!!!!

Those where your own words. And by your own admission anything used to gather resources should be allowed AFK.. would that include space loot as I Make RE parts and space loot is my Resource.

End of the day. People cried about AFK and are not likeing the concequences when they got what they wanted.
