This idea/suggestion has been flagged as Not Implemented because of a lack of popularity, lack of interest, lack of feasibility, or other determination by the Development Team, so the suggestion will not be implemented. Once a suggestion has been flagged this way, the decision is final. Although the issue may be raised again in the future after a six month cooldown. - Proposal
Allow the numbers 1-9 for names of players and starships, you can limit this to 1 or 4 max numbers. This is for roleplay, imagine roleplaying a retired Clone Trooper or a Storm Trooper.
If it doesn't make sense for all species you can restrict this to humans only.

I don't see a problem with it. There is no bad words you can make with letters unless you do leet speak. I imagine names that have obvious ones that already don't get past the filter.
