Proposal
To make the JSF a more balanced fighter.
Justification
The JSF is extreamly overpowered in Space Pvp due to its handling Charataristics and extreamly small hit sphere when its 95k mass is taken into consideration.
Motivation
To make the JSF a more balanced Fighter in line with all other fighters.
Since the intorduction of the JSF on live it had been considered overpowered for what it is, to the point that JSF's where banned from player run events on most servers. It has a hit sphere smaller than a V-wing, A-wing, Tie Adv and the N1 Naboo Starfighter but has 95k mass where as the fighters mentioned all have 66k mass when capped. Its handling characteristics are the same as the Bel 22, but at half the size. This has always been considered and unfair advantage of the JSF.


In order to make it more balanced towards the end of Live it had its hitsphere increase to match the Bel 22. On Legends its PvP damaged reduction bonus was removed.

Something does need to be done about this on Restoration. I can think of 4 options to do this.

1) Like on Live increase its Hitspere size
2) Like on Legends Remove its PvP damage Reduction
3) Decrease its mass to 50k which would be more in keeping with its hitsphere size
4) Decrease its speed mod and PYR stats as well as its Accel/Decel Rates.
 
I think the first 3 would be sensible adjustments however it's speed and accel/deccel rates are in keeping with cannon so i wouldn't touch those
 
He starts getting ruined from it and the salt flows lololol. Doesn’t even use the right mass in his PV, which is 90k. Decreasing the mass to 50k lololol what a stupid proposal. If anything in this crybaby pv makes sense, it’s increasing the hit box.

I mean not my fault i shot you down with a perfect shot to your rear this morning then you ran away as normal.

The hit box change is reasonable.

The mass and speed proposals are preposterous and show that this PV was not made in good faith.

I'm all for the increase of the hitbox size, but I'm not sure that messing with the other stats is what is needed. I think the increase would indeed bring it more in line with the other ships in it's "exotics" class.

My crutch! LOL. You're easy to beat, in game and out. I was not running, I was backing off the station that you were humping and running to after I smacked you a few times. One day you will git gud.

This PV was made in good faith. dont try and make things up just because your guild mate is petrified he will lose his crutch

and this proves that your are salty. You cant fly unless you have a crutch. Its amusing that you swap to the JSF after you get farmed time and time again in an RGI
 
And for the record i sid there where 4 OPTIONS to that I could think of to balance the JSF. Only needs one of them to do so.
 
I fly it regularly (did on live as well) so am a bit bias. I think the hitbox could be altered a tad if anything (not even needed as I only know 2 active pilots who currently fly the ships), Though I'll agree with that, everything else is excessive and would require other ships be altered as well (which would be an extreme lift for the dev team and upset others (saying their ships are now unbalanced). I think the PV would be more successful if the Hitbox angle solely was taken.
