BH mission rewards (PVE)

BH mission rewards (PVE)
This idea/suggestion is Open. You can respond to ask questions or discuss the idea and either vote it up or down if you believe it should or should not be implemented, respectively. Popular suggestions and ideas will be considered by the development team to become reality in-game.
Proposal
My proposal, is to modernise and improve mission rewards for BH investigation 4 and MBH missions.

Current rewards are out dated.

I’d like to see the following added to the loot drop tables:-

Weapon decrepits
Scopes/motors
+20-35 defense jewellery
Rare loot from loot chest tables.
Binary liquid and PLC

I’d like to see (extremely difficult) missions reflect this change. Potentially seeing one gold
Mob surrounded by two-three elites.
Justification
Bounty Hunting missions are a decent way to earn credits without the demands of group play. I personally enjoy taking pve bounties during my downtimes as a good credit boost.
But looting 4 BH armor schemes is outdated and I’d like the chance to loot something worthwhile.

Back on retail during the CU, BH missions also had the chance to drop skill tapes and weapon modifiers. Bring it back.
Motivation
Solo content that offers high level rewards for players who invest in the profession.

It’s accessible to all, BH 4xxx is all it takes for your alt to farm some credits.

Binary Liquids and Protective Liquid coatings ? .........lmao , it might be good idea to take a look at the loot tables but HELL NO to adding BL and PLC's

Fwiw, I have looted Holocrons and Power Crystals off of Extremely Dangerous Jedi NPCs. I'm not privy to the loot tables or drop rates, but I can definitely push for getting the loot tables reviewed and updated to be more relevant.
As to what exactly would go into the loot table or the drop rates, the Devs tend to be pretty tight lipped about it even to Senators. They likely wouldn't add anything that would break other unique loot opportunities (like heroic loot), nor are they likely to add loot that would cause power/loot creep.

So I vote yes to updating it, but no one should expect to know what will get added or changed or what the drop rates will be. We'd have to find that out together

May i ask, what gives you the birth right to these items?
Last i checked DWB is a PUBLIC dungeon , the issue here you have been pushing for these gimmicky PV's to suit your game style because apparently farming items is beneath you or you seem to think only your time is precious and again it just comes down to the same 2 things
-too lazy to farm items , because god forbid you dedicate any time to farm anything
-too poor to buy them from those who farm said items

Im pretty sure doing PVE bounties is considered "farming"

Too lazy? No, i just want to get richer faster
Poor? Ive literally made 200 million in 6 months playing solo.

and yes, farming single location is beneath me. I work 70 hours a week and dont want to "farm" single locations like a credit farmer

made 200 million but cant afford to buy BL and PLC

Please keep personal attacks out of the PV process. Use PMs for that.

In my opinion, pushing the Devs to look at/update the loot tables is reasonable. But if you read my response you would know that no one, myself included, will know exactly what gets added or adjusted. Therefore, arguments about what theoretically may or may not be added is a waste of time and energy.

Stop being such a snowflake , calling out laziness is hardly a personal attack , much worse goes on in the pvp channel and you should know since often it is you doing the personal attacks ,
I did point out that revising the loot table is a good idea , what isn't a good idea is adding loot from dungeons whether they be public or otherwise.
Also i'll point out the guy pretty much said the quiet part out loud , he works 70 hrs per week so therefore he should be entitled to easy handouts , so the new way to figure how to do loot tables is based on how many hours each player works ?

You are reading way way WAY too much into this.
You're forgetting the Devs wouldn't change the loot drops into something that would be considered an easy hand out.
I also said that they wouldn't be likely to add specific loot from unique content.

It seems to me that you're interpreting the desire to update loot pools as 'laziness', which I'm not seeing. Just as equally, I or anyone could say you are trying to gatekeep whatever loot you seem so paranoid about losing. But at no point would any of us know any of that is happening because none of us have access to the loot tables.

So I'm not sure which part of this is making you so butthurt, but I will present this to the Devs. They will decide from there. I'm sure you'll be happy with whatever decision they make though, since you are definitely not a snowflake and nothing like this should upset you =)

And you are not reading enough or completely ignoring what i said which was , taking a look at the loot table would be a good idea , what i am against is adding loot from dungeons public or otherwise , and yes I'm not a snowflake regarding any decision the dev team makes , you don't see me making PV's about Jedi visibility or complaining about rancor pets :sneaky:

Farming the DWB is the SWG equivalent to working on an oil rig apparently. Poor bloke.

When i ran ED BH missions i found the loot quite lackluster. In about 20 consecutive missions outside of credits i looted 3 schematics and a handful of smuggler mats (at the time they dropped those give or take 2 years ago.) Generally having more interesting items on the loot table would be interesting and more rewarding when that RNG hits.

I would support more valuable loot, but not that takes away from other specific gated area loot(plc/bl being the main example). I do think, as one of the best ways to make credits, that the credit chip drop might need to be nerfed to keep bh from becoming too profitable.

a reminder that personal attacks are not acceptable and we will bonk you with the ban hammer if you need another reminder
