Change GCW Weekly Reset to Sunday

Proposal
Changing GCW Weekly Reset to Sunday from Thursday.
Justification
Weekdays are way more valuable then the weekends in term for World GCW which does not reflect with player population.
Motivation
Aligning the reset to make weekends more valuable when more of the population has time to play.
Change the GCW Weekly reset to Sunday instead of Thursday.

Thanks for your suggestion. Please work with Interim GCW Senator Telrain to agree on a specific day of the week and time of day for the reset to occur and we will implement this change pending server-wide approval. I am closing this particular thread as not implemented but Telrain can raise a new PV with the exact time for consensus voting and if it reaches an appropriate threshold we will implement the change.
