Familiar Creation
This idea/suggestion has been flagged as Not Implemented because of a lack of popularity, lack of interest, lack of feasibility, or other determination by the Development Team, so the suggestion will not be implemented. Once a suggestion has been flagged this way, the decision is final. Although the issue may be raised again in the future after a six month cooldown. Proposal
I propose Custom Familiars be created by Creature Handlers, Bio-Engineers, Shipwrights and Droid Engineers. The Custom Familiars can have up to 60 of a single attribute or the possibility to provide 2 attributes equaling up to 40 points total.

Creature Handler and Bio-Engineers:

1.) Incubated Eggs and Tamed Eggs are able to to be converted into familiars with random generated stats.
2.) When an egg is converted to a familiar, the familiar will be the same size as a level 1 creature is once it's hatched and maintains the appearance of the host egg.
3.) There should be a charge applied to converting the egg (maybe 100,000?), and it should only be created by Master Creature Handlers and Master Bio-Engineers.

Shipwright:
1.) Shipwrights craft a Chassis Blueprint, a Master Shipwright can turn that into a familiar of the ship.
2.) The ship familiar would be scaled down similar to the current ship Familiars that are implemented/planned.
2.) Potentially no charge needed as the Chassis are already a large resource sink.

Droid Engineer:
1.) Droid Engineers create a Droid Deed, a Master Shipwright can turn it into a familiar of that droid.
2.) The droid familiar would be scaled down to fall in line with other familiars.
3.) A similar charge to Creature Handler and Bio-Engineers would keep it competitive.
Justification
Variety is one of the pillars of SWG and adding the additional familiars will create more diversity. Additionally, by allowing Creature Handlers to seek out and tame familiars, you will also increase the income for Creature Handlers. For Bio Engineers that failed to make a mutation, or have excess hydro's that will go to waste, it's another way for them to recover some of their loss by finishing the incubation process to create an egg and turn it to a familiar. Shipwrights and Droid Engineers will enjoy an additional boost to their income as well.
Motivation
We have a limited stock of familiars and adding variety is always a good thing. The RNG of creating familiars will allow more people to vary their approach with Attributes and add to the game-play for Creature Handlers, Bio-Engineers, Shipwrights, and Droid Engineers. Additionally, this creates a small money sink as people search for the "best" familiar for themselves or others.
While we have familiars in game, there are currently only 3 that offer a buff among a total of 11 listed (7 currently in game). It would be nice to have some variety.
