Proposal
Just make it equivalent speed as a swoop
Justification
is not easy to get. why have the same speed as a speeder.
Motivation
because is slow would force me or anyone else not to use it and pick something else .
Hello,

I recently got a Flare S Swoop, noticed it is slow..
Something like this that takes time to get should at least be as fast as a swoop bike. Specially when in the description of the bike says it use for racing.

its deconstructable so when remade its faster right?
 
When you recon a Flare-S it's faster than a stock swoop - find a Master Artisan with good mats to recon it for ya
