Not Implemented Guild Interface

It's called the PA whatever device and it is in your datapad.
It not only shows stats for your guild, but all guilds.

There is one. It has always been in the game. It’s found in the datapad under the Guild PA device. In previous versions it could be found on the guild terminal in the guild hall.
Both are accessible by all guild members.

I will add that yes, it needs some improvements for sure.

Guild management overall is a pain and I think that if you rewrote this to include what you would improve from the current in-game iteration you might get a little more traction. Though it would likely be quite a wait to see it happen as I imagine it would not be very easy to implement.

You need a Player Association Galactic Registry, crafted by an architect. It's just a device you manage from your inventory.

About the guild UI topic here. There are a few simple ways to check who in the guild is online:
1/ type /guildshow will show the full guild list with everyone status at the moment
2/ type /guildnotify to see when your guildmates are logging on and off
3/ type /who <guild tag> to get information about the people online with this tag
4/ and finally you can always check the information available from the Remote PA Access Device in your datapad
