Have Daily Login for Reward Tracking Be Based on GMT

Proposal
Base the 24 Login for Daily Rewards tracking to use GMT. If a person logs in at least once in the 24 hour period beginning at midnight GMT, it will count as a daily login.
Justification
The current system while flexible has created confusion.
Motivation
Using GMT to track whether a person has logged in during a 24 hour period will make things simpler and easier for people to track.
The current mechanism for calculating consecutive daily logins for the Daily Logins for the long-term rewards has proven to be confusing to some players and caused a great of consternation. If we adjust the 24 login window to be based on GMT (similar to the daily rewards) this may help.

This suggestion has been implemented. Votes are no longer accepted.
This was implemented, among other PAAS QoL improvements, in an update earlier this year.
