Proposal
Allow Health Regen to work similar to Mind/Action
Justification
Allows more flavor when choosing buffs, food, etc.
Motivation
Just a useless stat that can be easily changed.
Super simple and easy request. As of right now, Health Regen is 99.99% useless due to Health Regen being disabled in combat. Easy request, allow Health Regen to work while in combat.

Would obviously have to figure out a healthy base regen rate to go off of but don't see it being super difficult to find a balance.
