Open Other Let us unbind ALT from "toggle mouse mode" while binding it to another key

Proposal
Hot key for "toggle mouse mode" able to be unbinded from ALT. Currently, you can bind to another key, but ALT will always be bound to "toggle mouse mode"
Justification
QOL change when alt tabbing between 2 toons. As of right now, it's a bit funky for players that like playing with mouse mode., and alt tabbing.

I was able to get it to rebind alt to numpad+, but now** I can't get it to rebind again. I got it to do it by rebind the key twice fast. But it doesn't seem to work anymore. Really wish I could unbind it 100% as I only play mouse mode. Everytime I try to rebind the guy, it keeps the numpad+ as the primary.

It might not be ideal, but Numpad+ is WAY better than Alt. Thank you so much for sharing this :D

It would be nice if it could just be forced to mouse mode only all of the time. But I think after certain pop-up windows for quests or after hitting escape several times, it defaults back to non-mouse mode. Not sure if that can be easily changed. But I definitely agree if we could have mouse mode only all of the time, that would be a huge QOL improvement.
