Proposal
Add mail when you receive and offer on your vendor.
Justification
Just a faff of communication inside or outside of the game for no reason.
Motivation
Just a simple stream lining quality of life improvement.
You receive emails when you sell an item but not when an offer to your vendor is made. It would be a great (presumably simple) quality of life improvement.

I have heard the Resto devs don't like to mess with the mail system code because they didn't write it. But I'd love to see this.

i could have swore it did in live, was even talkin about it in guild the other day, we just assuming something resto did disabled it

You get a system message if you are online that x has offered an item at your vendor, but no email.
Then if you offer an item, you do get an email if it is boughten.

Personally - I don't want an e-mail anytime someone offers something to me. As Savaac mentioned - you get a message if you're online notifying you that something has been offered to your vendor. If you want to know if anything has been offered while you were offline - it takes about two seconds to go to any of your vendors, click the 'Offers' tab, and 'Entire Galaxy', and you can see anything that has been offered. It's probably faster than having to go through e-mails. I really don't see the benefit.

I regularly get messages that someone has offered something to my vendors.... this could be a bug.
