Make Flight Computers Tradeable

Flight computers need to be tradeable (remove the no-trade flag).
Justification
It is unfair to have the R2/3/4/5 droids Rebels use be tradeable, but not the Flight Computers that Neutrals and Imperials use.
Motivation
Tired of the Rebel bias that SOE started and every dev team since has allowed to continue.
R2/3/4/5 droids are tradeable, but flight computers aren't. Other than every dev team since SOE being Rebel biased, why? It's unnessisary and time to stop the bias.

I would noto say its down to factional Baised but its def a pain in the neck as last week proved. totally agree with this propsal
