You haven't maxed out your underworld tier have you, I'm at max tier, I've not seen a space mission for the most part of a year since, just 1 of 3 locations on Dath, quite predictable for Bounty Hunters too
 
Really? Like it or not space is part of the game and PvE is not at all difficult. Also Space is the best way to max out underworld as all you need to do is convoys. I really suggest that instead of crying about space content you learn how to do it as you may actually start to enjoy it.
 
At MUS there is no space requirement unless you provide contraband(choice to run normal PvP or use the contraband missions).
The mission NPC’s are different so you don’t go to the wrong one. They are on different planets as well.
