Not Implemented Artisan Master crafter armor hinderance removal

This idea/suggestion has been flagged as Not Implemented because of a lack of popularity, lack of interest, lack of feasibility, or other determination by the Development Team, so the suggestion will not be implemented. Once a suggestion has been flagged this way, the decision is final. Although the issue may be raised again in the future after a six month cooldown. Proposal
Remove armor and weapon hindrance for all master crafters.
Justification
A lv1 crafter had no real way to take advantage of the removal of all hinderances from armor and weapons.
Motivation
equipping and removing my armor 25 times a day.
I take my luck gear off and forget to put it back on sometimes and vise versa... It would just be a QOL update to crafter that would have no real impact on the game outside of being able to just leave your gear on all the time.

I also make the luck gear mistake. It sucks to be this dumb - but its not the gams fault, lol

Work around is low Stat armor. I make 7.2% encumbrance and my trader moves normal. Have a full suit modded with luck and switch only exotics depending on what I'm making.
