Open Other Player City Starport or Starship Terminal

This is a very nice idea. To be honest, would be awesome to see player cities growing independent from the "big npc cities".
How cool would it be to have a realy starport (like in the capitals) in a player city?

Regarding the requirements it could maybe involve a huge amount of inhabitants and a questline for the "city". Like the valerian or something like that or even are rare drop. Never the less a really good idea.

Agreed but i think it should be tied to an Ace of Ace reward, as housing, so there's incentive to have an AofA as part of ones community. Looks like a nice little apartment up top to me.

Personal Space terms where a thing on Live towards the end and yes they could also be placed in player house and used as well as been able to use them from your inv to take off etc.. the only thing you couldnt do was land but if you had the personal beacon you could do that

I like the idea of this with high pop restrictions and a quest. I'm not sure if its possible to implement, but I'm in!
