Proposal
To add a Ship maintenance Terminal to plater structure or player cities.
Justification
Give players the ability to outfit ships from home cities
Motivation
QoL item to work on ships outside of the starports.
To add a ship maintiance terminal that players could add to a structure that would allow them to outfit ships from home. Would save running back and forth to starports, Basically a normal ship termanal removing the ability to travel or launch.

Was just talking about this a couple days ago. Feel like it should be part of the Ace hanger or PAAS reward either way. Even a terminal you could drop in the city like a bank would work.

Yeah I wasn't too bothered about how to get it, both player rewards or ace rewards would fit, but i feel like it would be a great add to either cities or houses.
 
Great QOL improvement. Would be a great addition. It would be nice to be able to launch from a hanger since that is the purpose of a hanger..
