In short this is a proposal to swap out the BE profession requirement for base busting in favour of Doc or CM.
Justification
BE is not as readily available for base busting as other professions.
Motivation
To increase GCW base busting participation.
An opportunity for a quick update to make base busting more accessible to the masses.

Current position:

1. Jam Uplink (BH)
2. Slice Security (Smuggler)
3. DNA Sequence (BE)
4. Power Regulator (Commando)
5. Overload HQ (Squad Leader)
