Proposal
I propose the establishment of a Public Use Act for all Public cantinas. This act would ensure that all Entertainers have the freedom to use the public cantinas without being restricted or influenced by guild enforcement or affiliation. It also aims to grant independent players the autonomy to utilize these spaces. Under this act, guild/player cities would be responsible for hosting their events and maintaining full control over their own cantinas, operating according to their own rules.

In public cities like Mos Eisley, entertainers must adhere to a code of conduct in reference to the restoration Discord. This guideline is particularly relevant for entertainers who wish to buff while maintaining a friendly and inclusive community that discourages anti-social behavior.
Justification
It is universally agreed by all players that there is no need to harass or belittle the entertainer or their performance. Players should be able to receive buffs and entertainers should be rewarded without any form of bullying, harassment, or reprimand from any individual. Everyone should be treated with respect, while abiding by the code of conduct set by the developers and contributors of the restoration community.
Motivation
I must bring to your attention an amusing misconception held by some unrefined entertainers. They believe that players have the ability to utilize and oversee public cantinas as well as enforce word of mouth rules that get lost in translation where by it creates division and strife with the community as a whole.

There is no restriction to the use of the facilities in public cities by anyone in this community in my knowledge. no guild enforces rules on who can use what.

I'd also like to know what type of behaviour was problematic

What in the world is this?

I think the only “unspoken” common courtesy among ents is to split tips so that everyone benefits and therefore people aren’t fighting to be in the front or barraging people to get the first to do inspirations.

Other than that, the same etiquette in the cantina is the etiquette anywhere on the server. We might quip about “no blasters!” As a joke whenever a various form of PVP happens in the cantina, but it’s very obviously a joke.

If you are having a crappy experience in some form you need to bring it up with full clarity and not use vague insults clearly targeted at either an individual or specific group of people. This seems strictly as a disagreement of viewpoints.

To basically say if your guilded GTFO out of public cantinas, that’s asinine. Plain and simple.
